Job summary

As Senior Global CRM Manager, you are passionate about communication with customers and able to create targeted and highly relevant campaigns. You will get the chance to work on multi-channel CRM projects with cross-functional teams.

What you do

  • You lead, decide and execute CRM strategies for our brands, maximize and optimize our customer activation, retention, and reactivation, via E-Mail, push notifications, remarketing, SMS, offline CRM
  • You decide on the CRM tactics including templates, content, CTAs, segmentation, AB-tests, for all campaigns, ad-hoc AND automatic workflows including triggers
  • You focus on our customer journey and advanced KPI monitoring through daily/weekly/monthly reports, including CLV via cohort analysis
  • Lead Adviqo’s CRM team

What you bring along

  • 4-5 years experience in the digital marketing area as CRM manager with full responsibilities for the CRM performance and proven achievements
  • Fully KPI-driven
  • Digital addict, willing to dig into the details to understand what’s happening with your campaigns (you like working with Tableau, analytics and data visualization tools)
  • Pro-active behavior and clear communicator
  • Experience of leading a team is a plus
  • Fluent written and spoken in German and English (other languages are welcome)
