Your tasks

  • Working closely with VP Global Partner Development, you guarantee the maximum satisfaction of our business customers worldwide
  • In doing so, you coordinate the work of our currently 10-member key account team across our offices in Berlin, Madrid and London and carry the responsibility for sales of all our partners
  • Together with your team, you do everything to develop referral marketing into the most important growth channel for our partners
  • You continuously monitor the ongoing performance of our partnerships, conduct strategic optimization planning and build long-term cooperation through excellent results and support
  • You conduct regular satisfaction and potential analysis on cross and upselling and work closely with our sales team

Your profile

  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a leading position in B2B Key Account Management - preferably in the online marketing area
  • You convince through proven experience in people management and a modern understanding of leadership
  • You have the analytical skills to understand customer needs and validate the potential and performance of campaigns - developing partner strategies as well as modular, scalable solution concepts will not be a problem for you
  • You excel in excellent communication skills in English in dealing with clients as well as with your team and management - other languages ​​are a plus
  • You bring a high willingness to travel and visit our partners and offices on a regular basis (Western Europe)
