Our venture is a new generation PropTech startup in the heart of Frankfurt. We offer a unique office leasing platform using cutting edge technology such as artificial intelligence, machine learning and 3D virtual tours. We develop great software concepts and web applications to provide a superior end-to-end experience for tenants and landlords. What You’ll Do

You’ll get the exciting opportunity to join a well funded early stage startup and leave
your mark in it. We’ll take you places! Depending on your level of knowledge, skills and experience, your responsibilities could include:

  • Business development: Sourcing new landlords and agents through direct B2B sales, articulating venture’s value proposition and guiding them through the onboarding process
  • Account management: Establishing and building rapport with your existing clients, ensuring they can make the best of our product as well as gathering their feedback to improve the product
  • Tenant experience: Facilitating the tenants’ search and negotiation process for your client portfolio, ensuring both sides achieve win-win situations
  • Strategy and execution: Taking part in/co-leading/leading the business development strategy planning and execution as well as managing synergies with other departments, particularly marketing and technology
  • Any other responsibility or task the business will throw at us which is required to succeed!

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or
    similar field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Business-level English and German
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative reasoning, as well as great people skills
  • Background in commercial real estate is an advantage
