Field of activity

  • Build pipeline of candidates through a variety of sourcing channels
  • Screen and qualify candidates for competency and cultural fit
  • Be involved in the full recruitment process including the interview, feedback, offer and visa process
  • Represent the company with integrity and professionalism
  • Support learning and development activities to include administering training programs
  • Maintain and update policies and procedures as needed
  • Advise employees and managers with general employment-related questions
  • Help plan employee events
  • Assist with HR reporting and respond to ad hoc requests
  • Ensure compliance & maintenance of employment files

What you should offer

  • Previous experience in the field of HR is preferred
  • Ideally you have a background in IT
  • You know your way round various recruiting platforms, especially in the IT-field and know all the hacks and tricks
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive matters and maintain them confidentially
  • Solid organisation and time-management skills
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Excellent German and English skills
