Your responsibilities include:

  • Responsibility for all business development activities of Pepper Germany (Mydealz.de)
  • Striving for new business opportunities and thinking out of the box when it comes to new partnerships
  • Optimization of existing relationships with a strong prospect for new business relationships and opportunities
  • Analyzing, understanding and optimizing data and derive data-driven decisions
  • Communication with marketing decision-makers and understanding requirements of advertisers
  • Planning, preparation and realization of appointments with customers, fairs and other events
  • Ability to lead and direct a team in a matrix structure


The qualities we are looking for are:

  • At least 3 years of experience in an online company in the fields of sales and business development, ideally in an environment of e-Commerce, Social-Networks or other disruptive business models
  • You are tenacious, with strong communication as well as great negotiation skills, confidence in presenting and proven success in closing transactions
  • A strong passion for numbers, creative handling of business requirements and business models
  • Structured, responsible and independent method of working with ability to prioritize and time manage
  • Excellent teamwork skills, especially in an international context
  • Excellent German skills required
