After becoming the market leader in online video software market in the Nordics and opening its operations in the Netherlands, Dream Broker is now expanding its operations to Germany. We are looking for a Country Manager to launch and lead Dream Broker`s spearhead country operation in our next expansion phase. The main task for the Country Manager is to rapidly build a successful local sales team that can grow Dream Broker’s business towards our goal: become the leading online video software provider in Germany.
In your role as a Country Manager, you will
- Establish a strategic sales approach for the market in Germany and reach the company sales goals
- Take full sales budget and staff responsibility with a focus on rapid turnover growth
- Recruit a competent sales team of 10-20 people during the next 1-2 years
- Build a winning team environment and constantly develop team members’ competences through onboarding, sales training, coaching and inspire them by providing clear career paths
- Establish a scalable organisational structure and actively participate in both new customer acquisition and customer management processes.
Our dream candidate has a solid track record in growing technology companies in the local market, excellent leadership skills and personal drive towards sales. Ideally, you have at least five years of relevant management experience, proven sales results and experience from recruiting and leading a successful sales team. Additionally, you have high business acumen, great communication skills, both in German and in English, and you perform at your best in a rapidly developing environment.

Your office will be in Berlin, you will report directly to Vice President, Sales and work internationally as a part of Dream Broker`s group sales management.
