- Direct responsibility for the Sales and the Customer Care Team.
- Supporting the Sales and the Customer Care Team in the planning and development of sales campaigns.
- Preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly sales controlling sheets of team member and providing recommendations to management based on the numbers.
- Setting and achieving quarterly goals.
- Forecasting for weekly sales development.
- Training new and existing team members for the Sales and Customer Care process.
- Motivating team members to achieve the goals.
- Developing and recommending motivational incentives.
- Strategic planning and tracking of sales campaigns.
- Distributing new leads to team members.
- Italian as a mother tongue, fluent in english
- Ability to lead your team and to lead others in a fast-paced environment.
- You have completed training and / or a bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous external sales experience of 2 to 4 years, higher experience is also welcomed
- Previous management experience
