CRM MANAGER E-commerce

Your LamaLoLi challenge

  • Implement an international CRM strategy and manage and develop that strategy based on sound analytical data
  • Develop and optimize tactical CRM programs, based on segmentation rules and behavioral testing and using campaign results to shape activity moving forward
  • Define best practices, set measurable objectives, ensure tracking/reporting capabilities, evaluate and report campaign results
  • Create, test and refine automated, multi-touch, targeted customer lifecycle email marketing programs that promote customer loyalty, re-engage lapsed customers, and drive new customer acquisition
  • Responsible for maintaining campaign calendar, briefing processes and timescales
  • Develop strategies and tactics to develop and grow the email database
  • Compile competitor analysis to ensure the team is always up to date with industry activity
  • Define, develop, and maintain email marketing plans and schedules for building incremental sales and maximizing cost effective email marketing programs
  • Manage 3rd party relationship with email service provider including strategic planning sessions, day-to-day operations, delivery management, testing, reporting and optimizations
  • Consistently analyze campaign results against KPIs and provide optimization recommendations for continuous improvement against control groups/ competitor benchmarking
  • Responsible for internal reporting by providing weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting as well as ad hoc reports where required

 Your background

  • At least 2-3 years experience in execution role in CRM/email marketing in E-Commerce, preferably fashion/retail
  • Confident and experienced in handling and manipulating large data sets to plan and report on campaign effectiveness
  • Experience in implementing and managing initiatives driven by personalization, customer segmentation, engagement and LTV of customer
  • Understanding of databases and experience in using CRM software to execute marketing strategies
  • A passion for marketing and customer data insight with understanding of the full marketing mix
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills as well as attention to detail to help ensure error free execution
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Understanding of email design, HTML and CSS preferred
  • Fluent in English
