Thanks to a smart business model and innovative technology, the startup has established Europe’s largest intercity bus network in less than four years and has no intention of stopping to expand anytime soon.
To support our team, we are currently looking for a CRM Manager (m/f) based in Munich, starting as soon as possible.
- You are in charge of the planning, implementation and optimization of international CRM communication with a focus on email campaigns
- You drive the implementation of 1:1 CRM communication strategy
- You drive automation and data driven campaigns
- You analyze and optimize existing CRM campaigns and establish new ones
- You are the energy that takes on the disciplinary and the professional guidance of your team
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Economics, Media Management, Tourism Management, Communication Sciences or similar
- First professional experience in (email / online) marketing
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
- Good communication skills and a pragmatic and solution-oriented working-style
- Strong analytical skills and an affiliation with numbers
- Fluent in English; every other European language is a plus
