CRM Manager (m/f) - based in Hamburg


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content:

  1. Responsible for development of all CRM campaigns together with the Head of CRM
  2. Carry out ideas and concept to develop the business by analyzing customer data

 Data:

    1. Coordinate and ensure the roll out of various data related projects
    2. Analyze Client data and monitor all client related KPIs, ensure monthly and quarterly reporting
    3. Major point of contact for data partners on the System implementation and optimization

         Planning:

        1. Set up of the annual CRM calendar to ensure product launch support together with the Head of CRM
        2. Supporting the markets on all their local CRM activities



        YOUR PROFILE

        • University Degree in Management, Business and Administration
        • Relevant professional experience in CRM, Digital Marketing and/or Loyalty program development with minimum 3 -5 years
        • Proficiency in business intelligence tools and customer database systems, Statistics and data mining tools
        • Strong interpersonal and motivation skills with intercultural competencies
        • Strong organizational skills; Analytical skills and numerical aptitude
        • Customer and service orientation
        • Strong project management skills and focus on execution and implementation of projects 
        • Language skills: Fluent in English. German, French and other languages are a plus
