LILLYDOO stands for high-quality and especially skin-friendly baby care products for today's urban and modern moms. We distribute our diapers and wipes through our own platform LILLYDOO.COM in a 100% fair monthly subscription.
A lot has changed over the last few years when it comes to the use of baby care products. Following the credo “less is more” the focus on skin-friendly products has increased. Our little ones carry diapers for approximately 3 years. This is a very intensive skin connection with a product – day and night!
As a result, LILLYDOO was developed: Our products are co-developed with midwives and our LILLYDOO products are free from everything baby’s delicate skin doesn't like. All LILLYDOO products are vegan, free of animal products and have not been tested on animals!
To strengthen our team in Frankfurt, we are looking for a Customer Service Expert for France (w/m).
As a Customer Service Expert – France you are the first contact for our French customers and have an open ear on all channels (telephone, email, social media). You work closely with the business operations team and bring your ideas to improve the customer experience.

WHAT SKILLS YOU SHOULD BRING
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training or comparable training in a customer-oriented area
- A professional and friendly appearance, fun to communicate and deal with customers
- Reliability, a structured and independent working method
- Very good knowledge of English as well as very good French skills
