We are looking for a full time Customer Support Agent to join our Berlin office. The position will provide the direct link between the company and our users, while using our own product across all available platforms.
Not only will the CSA bridge the gap between user and developer, they will be the advocate for our users within the immmr team. Reporting problems, managing the overview of bug fixes and timelines while pushing for further development of user engagement features.
The CSA will also take care of incoming support requests, maintaining our “How-To section and optimizing out FAQs.
Languages: English and German (fluent).
Working knowledge: Ideally tech tool savvy; CSM with Zendesk, app marketplaces, social media for customer service, JIRA, Slack or similar.
Mindset: proactive attitude and passion for technology. Willing to embrace change, challenges and the chance to learn.
