WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT – ONLINE STORE (M/F)

You are outgoing and enjoy communicating with people from across the globe? You have a passion for sportswear and a wide knowledge of materials, design and fit?  YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Be the first point of contact for our online store customers and manage communication with them independently via email
  • Understand and capture the needs of our global customers
  • Develop and coordinate relevant knowledge within the entire Customer Support team
  • Collect insights from customer experiences and report to the relevant departments
  • Work with state-of-the-art community management tools and manage member accounts
  • Improve user experience in case of any queries

  

YOUR PROFILE

 

  • Strong communication skills
  • Profound knowledge of sportswear & equipment
  • Previous experience with sports apparel, ideally in e-commerce
  • Hands on approach with a “getting things done” mentality
  • Strong ability to learn and adapt
  • Team player with very high commitment and motivation
  • Fluent in English and German with excellent oral and written communication skills, other languages are a plus
