We are looking for a
Customer Support Specialist (f/m)
You assist both our Publisher management and our Advertiser team in their daily support of our existing customer and partner base. You ensure that our partners are up to date and the customer relationship database kept current. With your help the designated managers and our support team will further enhance the level of support for all individual partners and clients.
As an employee with many skills you will support a wide range of partners internally. You will consider yourself a crucial part of our staff, supporting the Advertiser and Publisher Management as well as our Finance and the Sales department. Each of these teams have varying tasks that you will help them fulfill.
In our outbound business communication, you shoulder various tasks such as supporting potential partners and customers during their sign-up and onboarding procedure. You will be the point of contact for people interested in cooperating with KissMyAds and will make available for these new contacts all the information they need to make a business-oriented decision.
You will be involved on a daily basis in the ongoing communication with our Publishers and Advertisers, which includes your involvement in the regular newsletter sendouts and the creation of documents that regularly inform our clients about news from KissMyAds, e.g. introducing attractive new offers and CPA updates.
Strong communication skills, a very good command of English and German, and you easily adapt to the full variation of partners who most likely will have a different cultural background. Your proficiency in English will help you reach targets faster. Ideally, you have working knowledge of an additional major language. Having an intuitive understanding of what our Publishers, Advertisers and our internal team need, you consider yourself a service provider that has a crucial role in supporting our clients’ path to success.
Your good understanding of technology and your personal interest in Internet and Mobile business help you in your professional dealings. Your style is responsible and self-motivated with a clear view for long-term goals. You enjoy working in a team, you stay up-to-date with your colleagues and jointly put your full ambition to the common goal for success.
Having gathered first experience in a comparable position in either Mobile or Online Marketing, you have gathered qualifications that allow you to handle communication with varying internal and external partners and keep track of all the dealings with our partners. You are a fast communicator with a clear focus on correct, concise and well-written information.
