We are looking for driven and experienced Head of Sales to support our Berlin office and thereby build and grow our IoT (Internet of Things) business. You will promote our unique product to international markets. This is a great opportunity to grow, manage and shape your own sales team within an established business. This is a great hands-on position for a motivated sales person with managerial experience.
What you'll be doing
Grow revenue and hit sales targets by maintaining the current business and proactively seeking new business opportunities
- Tightly manage the sales pipeline through smart use of the CRM system to:
- Provide accurate sales forecasts
- Provide monthly sales reports
- reach KPI’s to drive success
- Provide action plans for identified underperforming areas
- Maintain collaborative relationships with other departments to help nurture and sustain the new business opportunities
What Experience you'll need
- Proven track record of achieving high revenue goals, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration
- Proactive approach with the ability to be hands-on
- 2+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role
- Relevant sales methodologies and metrics
- Working in a start-up or a similar fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, time management, negotiation and presentation skills
- Perfect English and German skills
- Additional languages are a plus
