Finance/Accounting Working Student

We reach hundreds of millions of listeners globally every month, many of whom are listening on mobile. We are now looking for a Finance Working Student to join our team.
You will be providing finance and accounting support to a diverse and motivated bunch of highly talented people from around the globe. This role is fixed-term on an up to 20 hour per week basis, and is only open to students who are currently enrolled in university.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing incoming invoices and accounts payable documents
- Reviewing and reconciling credit card transactions
- Accounts payable and credit card processing for multiple entities
- Travel expenses
- Support with our ERP System - Oracle Fusion
- Assistance with process optimization in other Finance areas as required
You are pursuing a degree in Finance/Accounting or similar (a focus on taxes is a plus), and have a general understanding of accounting practices and principles. You are completely fluent in both German and English, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. In addition, you are detail-oriented and love working with numbers. Experience working with Excel, preferably for finance/accounting purposes, is a must.

This position is based on a permanent contract in our Berlin headquarters. In order to be eligible, you must have authorization to work in Germany and be currently enrolled in university. Unfortunately, we are not able to support a visa for this position.
