YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

At fitvia we think much further and are looking forward to new exciting product lines and market entries soon. Therefore, we are searching for an experienced digital marketing professional. As the Head of Marketing  (m/f) New Brand you will be the driving marketing force in accelerating our new brands revenue growth and increasing brand awareness across the different European markets. In particular you will be responsible for developing and executing our Influencer marketing strategy in close collaboration with our Founder & CEO.

  • You will be fully in charge of all marketing activities of our new brand
  • You will execute our proven Influencer marketing strategy  in order to drive sales and boost our market position
  • You have an overall accountability for monthly KPIs such as sales, growth and profitability
  • You will build, develop and lead the regional marketing teams to execute our holistic influencer marketing approach as well as local marketing and communication strategies
  • With your data-driven approach you will find out quickly which activities are and are not working and develop strategies based on that
  • You will work closely with multiple stakeholders across our network including fitvias’ teams and a network of different agencies and partners across Europe

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • You hold a degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or other business-related studies
  • You have a minimum of 5 years professional experience in online marketing and sales, preferably in the B2C sector
  • You are a visionary leader with proven experience in a management position
  • You are an entrepreneurial and results-driven personality who is not only highly analytical but also creative and hands-on in nature
  • You have to be the nimble player who can step back and think strategy when needed as well as dive-in into the details to get things done
  • You are an outgoing personality and have excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • You are fluent in English; German, Italian or French proficiency is a big plus
