We’re Startupbootcamp, Europe’s largest accelerator.
We love founders. Founders are pro-active people that have an idea and act on it.
Startupbootcamp is a high pressure environment - a place that energizes everyone who joins. We believe in learning by doing and we measure people by how far they walk the talk. There will be many opportunities, but its your job to seize them. You’ll get to meet and learn from amazing people and accelerate yourself alongside super talented teams. Our team needs people that realize the value in that. Think of it as an MBA you get paid to do.
You’ll be wokring for our COO, so your tasks will be operational in nature, but expect to work on all aspects of the accelerator. Feel free to venture beyond that anytime. You manage your own time, but when the shit hits the fan we need you. If you’re looking for structure or daily routine you’re at the wrong place ;)

Startupbootcamp is a highly selective, 3-month acceleration program that focuses on exposing and connecting startups to our expanding community of top-level mentors and advisors. We select 10 companies each year from hundreds of applications and provide them with €15K pocket money, €150K worth of deals and 6 months of free office space. At the end of each program, startups get a chance to pitch to top-level angels and VCs for funding at Investor Demo Day. After 3 months each startup will have made at least a years worth of progress. We run programs in Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Dublin, Haifa (Israel) and Berlin
