Based in Neukölln, Berlin, you will be working as part of a team with over 10 nationalities represented in world-class business leaders, product designers, engineers and technology experts. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee all marketing initiatives, team and process for the whole SaaS platform & company
  • Develop and implement the overall marketing, communication, social media and brand strategy in a fast growing international environment where double-digit growth rates are expected
  • Develop marketing planning and programs with quantifiable objectives to measure results
  • Plan and manage overall marketing budget, provide input for the business strategy
  • Proactively identify talent and staff needs and manage and manage the talent hiring process
  • Provide leadership to the inbound & outbound marketing and sales teams
  • Cooperate with our product team to identify customer demand and product improvements
  • Implement and continuously improve excellent marketing E2E operations, e.g.
    • Implement inbound lead generation management, SaaS funnel automation, product marketing development, distribution channel management, marketing communications, including advertising and promotions, pricing, market research and A/B testing
    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions across various channels, such as affiliate, SEO, SEA, social, mobile, email, retargeting and retention
    • Develop layers of automation (eg: email, social media updates) and marketing reporting
    • Help driving the sales team by providing input from the marketing activities
    • Research, test, report and analyse on-going optimization of all online marketing channels
    • Facilitate growth, sales, and marketing strategies
    • Leverage and implement data and analytics tools to drive insights incl. customer segmentation, competitive analysis, market intelligence, prospecting, product and market development, pricing, promotions, communications and budgets, sales force effectiveness, strategic planning, services units and revenue retention and growth

PRIMARY EXPERIENCE

  • 7+ years of professional experience in marketing: you’re a full-stack marketer & growth hacker
  • 3+ years of experience working with different social media channels (strategic & operational)
  • Profound understanding of the needs of different players from the value chain (brands, agencies, tech companies, publishers and channels)
  • Expertise in social media marketing and performance marketing
  • Special expertise in more than two marketing channels (e.g.: affiliate marketing, content marketing, SEO/SEM, social media marketing)
  • Experience in content driven campaign marketing in addition to technical expertise
  • Experience in creating, running and optimizing social media and content marketing campaigns
  • Experience in managing, building and leading exceptional marketing team
  • Experience running 5+ digit marketing budget per month
  • Demonstrated ability to generate growth
  • Experience and passion in marketing software SaaS products as well as working with startups
  • Agency like communication and programmatic propaganda skills
  • Full fluency in English and ideally German
