Your playing field at Gini

  • Together with your team you will manage the entire sales cycle - bringing to the table your unique negotiation skills
  • You will take over high-complexity, high-volume leads from your team members and drive them to completion
  • You will support and coach other Ginis in negotiations and in the closing of new deals and upselling
  • You will create offers, negotiate contract details, and lay the ground for trusting, long-lasting relationships
  • You will fine-tune the Gini way of doing sales

Your profile

  • You have 3+ years of experience in selling technology that needs explanation, and a track record of successfully closing high-volume deals
  • You are an excellent communicator, active listener, and negotiator - eloquent German is a must, but you should also feel comfortable in English
  • Your extremely structured and analytical way of working makes it easy for you to juggle various customers, and to integrate their needs and Gini's interest
  • You are perseverant and patient, always ready to flexibly change your approach and to adapt to unpredictable changes or requirements
  • You are a superb team player - the greatest wins are the ones we celebrate together
