Your playing field at Gini

  • Together with your team you will manage the entire sales cycle - bringing to the table your unique hunting skills and experience
  • You will drive the inbound and outbound lead generation, constantly interacting with potential customers via networking, cold calling, or handling incoming requests
  • You will create and deliver unforgettable sales pitches and represent Gini at various external events
  • You will create offers and win new partners, closely collaborating with your team members
  • You will fine-tune the Gini way of doing sales

Your profile

  • You have 3+ years of experience in acquiring new leads and selling technology that needs explanation
  • You are a great communicator, persuasive and engagingly enthusiastic - eloquent German is a must, but you should also feel comfortable in English
  • You are ambitious, perseverant, and results-driven while maintaining a high level of authenticity, honesty, and respect in your interactions with others
  • You are highly structured and able to juggle various partner requests and tasks at the same time
  • You are a superb team player - the greatest wins are the ones we celebrate together
