At ecratum, we are building the world’s first mass Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) platform, striving to become the major player in the SMB segment of the market. We are the SaaS pioneers of SRM, bringing it to millions of small and medium sized businesses around the world.
If ecratum is down, assembly lines will stand still, beer cannot be brewed, spices cannot be mixed and bread cannot be baked. We matter in the B2B world.
We proved our SaaS concepts in the past years by acquiring customers in Europe and the US.
Behind the SaaS apps, we built a powerful network that we want to grow now. This network needs a Growth Marshal.

Now, we need you to grow.
What you should bring
- 3-5 years of experience in the field of Growth
- a solid understanding of SaaS growth concepts
- a track record of growing platforms or apps
- an understanding of what works in B2B growth and what doesn’t
- an understanding of SaaS conversion concepts
- some understanding of analytics and metrics, especially in SaaS
- some understanding of email marketing
- some understanding of marketing concepts
- (preferrably) some copy writing skills
- (preferrably) knowledge of Hubspot or similar tools
- (preferrably) knowledge of Mailchimp, Aweber or similar tools
- (preferrably) English as a native language
- (preferrably) some team leadership experience
