Your Role

  • Manage all communication with advertiser accounts and take full ownership to build and foster excellent relationships with them
  • Identify new opportunities with existing advertisers and constantly scale up existing accounts
  • Manage expectations smartly to ensure long-term client satisfaction
  • Lead, train and develop your international team of Account Managers
  • Setup, manage and optimize campaigns
  • Point of contact for all clients during the runtime of campaigns
  • Monitor status reports, performance analysis and forecasts for the Managing Directors
  • Work closely with the business development team and take over new accounts


 

Our Requirements

  • Successful track record of at least 2+ years within the field of account management or business development, preferably in a gaming or start-up environment
  • Top university or business school, preferably with a focus on (online) marketing
  • Ideally you have already gained an initial experience in managing a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills, outstanding business sense and confidence in building sustainable relationships
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Efficient and result oriented working style
  • Ability to manage your tasks independently and bring in new ideas
