Your role: Develop best in class strategies for enabling all business functions to enhance their efficiency and effectiveness of digital marketing activities such as (SEM, SEO, Social Media) and introduce and manage continuously the newest innovative tools. Act as point of contact for senior management incl. board members for trainings and questions on digital marketing. Develops and conducts global trainings on digital marketing for the Group. Identifies and creates synergies among group wide SEO activities and recommends optimization measures to enhance group wide position. Become an evangelist for digital change and digital marketing in the company. Develop and build a global corporate online marketing strategy, targeting at making the company the leader in all of our industries. Develop best practices tools, methods and approaches to become a leader in online marketing for all of our businesses. Become a global thought partner through all businesses and countries with varying needs and highly complex product portfolios, stay up to date with newest developments of tools and methods and turn them into actions. Manage interactions through all kind of career levels from Board to operational marketers.


Who you are

  • University degree of leading university in Business with focus on marketing, branding and ecommerce
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in online marketing, brand building and/or online marketing/branding agencies and consulting
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in leading teams on building best in class online marketing activities and strategies
  • Broad network of online marketing agencies and service provide and Google
  • Strong analytical skills, big-picture thinking and ability to work international as well as in global virtual teams
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken) and German
  • Flexible and willing to travel internationally (about 40% of time)
