We are looking for a driven Head of Mobile Strategy (m/f) to attract and interact with targeted mobile customers and network users. The goal is to achieve superior customer engagement, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the mobile marketing roadmap.

Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the disciplinary and professional management of the mobile team
  • You develop and implement the mobile marketing strategy, driving more traffic to the mobile app & website
  • You develop and execute new mobile app features. You manage the entire product development lifecycle, from business requirements, through development and out to release
  • You create our mobile marketing plan and work with the teams across the company to drive the mobile business through the matrix
  • You build and own the annual mobile marketing budget
  • You grow the mobile user base and reach target users using different tactics for mobile acquisition
  • You manage the presence, performance and optimization on app stores 
  • You improve the tracking, attribution, and overall data access to analyze key metrics including cost to acquire, quality of the traffic by source, and return on investment
  • You analyze data to identify new opportunities to increase social traffic and social media conversion

You should have

  • Min. 3 years of experience in mobile marketing or related field. Preferable in a startup or established web business with e-commerce / marketplace experience
  • Proven track record within mobile marketing within the context of a marketplace or e-commerce platform
  • Experienced in developing mobile apps
  • We are looking for a creative and ideas driven individual but also one who is able to use data to frame concepts and plans
  • Experience of managing a team offering direction and guidance
  • A team player who enjoys communicating and working together to find solutions
  • Experience working with mobile apps
  • Fluent spoken and written skills in German and English
