To strengthen our awesome team we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Head of Product to oversee our product at CATCHYS. You will be the one to devise the company’s prodcut features (with focus on mobile) and ensure that all systems necessary to support its operations and objectives are in place.

You should have a solid product/UX background and consistently keep up-to-date with advancements of the field. Apart from your education and experience, you should be a real product enthusiast with a pragmatic approach pushing and implementing projects quickly.
The goal is to ensure that our product adds the maximum value to our company so as to facilitate the success of our business.

Responsibilities

  • You are an integral part of the senior management team and are directly involved in shaping the company’s product/UX.

  • Define the product vision and our product roadmap and make sure it pays in on company KPIs and provides ROI.

  • Develop the big picture with a strong focus on execution.

  • Set-up a robust, KPI driven tracking tool for all upcoming projects and releases.

  • Set objectives and strategies for product jointly with our IT and performance marketing department.

  • Direct and organize product and IT-related projects and work closely with our engineering and

    Marketing team in order to maximize the efficiency off key stakeholders.

  • Specify user stories with clear measurable goals, break complex problems down to traceable and easy

    to manage projects.

  • Analyze the costs, value and risks of projects to advise management and suggest actions.

Your profile

  • You have 3 years+ experience in working with complex consumer facing products and understand how product decisions affect the user, sales and our bottom line.

  • Excellent understanding of IT systems, infrastructure and analytics in order to act as interface between product, tech and performance marketing.

  • You have a clear “get things done” attitude, always with the focus to learn and execute quickly.

  • You take ownership and should be able to quickly understand our business model and thus increasing

    our traffic arbitrage.

  • You always put the customer and the business first when developing new product features and overall

    projects.

  • Besides a passion for a well-designed product, you are also data-driven and rely on numbers (e.g.

    results from A/B tests, user interviews or any other form of data).

  • Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities and hands on experience with SEO tools, google

    tag manager, search console, analytics and other relevant performace tools.

  • A strong strategic and business mindset.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
