Your Role:

  • You lead, develop and train an international team of publisher managers
  • You monitor, analyze and report KPIs to the Managing Directors at the headquarter in Berlin
  • You manage existing and build new publisher partnerships for ad2games – the leading Gaming Ad- and Affiliate network in Europe and America
    • You identify and approach new promising key account publishers and negotiate beneficial deals
    • You build and develop strong relationships with new top publishers and media partners
    • You optimize and structure operational sales processes for the team
  • You organize events, provide educational resources and support for publishers

Our Requirements

  • Highly successful track record of at least 2+ years work experience within the field of business development, preferably in a start-up and gaming environment
  • digital/online-affinity
  • Among top 30% of Master or Bachelor Degree, preferably with focus on business or online marketing
  • Previous experience in building and leading big teams or proven comparable leadership experience
  • Customer and sales orientated personality
  • Efficient and result oriented working style
  • Demonstrated capability and motivation to thrive and make a successful career in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Very strong analytical and number skills combined with creativity
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, German is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a good sense for business opportunities
