About your new role

  • You are responsible for the strategy of our international sales & account management team
  • You will lead a team of 18 members from 6 different countries, developing objectives and supporting your team in the meeting of such
  • You will develop and mentor your employees, giving helpful advice and leadership, to achieve the greatest performance possible from your team
  • You are responsible for the budget, meaning you conduct regular analyzes, creating reports and resulting To-Do’s
  • You are the link between the international sales & account management department and other departments (e.g., content, marketing, etc.)
  • In addition to all the many tasks as Head of Sales and Account Management International, you are also looking forward to getting to know your customers
