Rebate Networks GmbH is one of the leading operators in the worldwide group buying space. Unbeatable Online Deals are the cutting edge web trend translating online shopping experiences to offline business. Founded by Michael Brehm (Ex-CEO of VZ Netzwerke) and Stefan Glänzer (Ex-CEO of Ricardo & last.fm), our goal is to identify and drive upcoming trends and revolutionary ideas. We develop global strategies for our high-growth e-commerce start-ups around the world from our office in Berlin.

We are rolling out a new Business line “Stealth Project” and are looking for:


Head of Sales / Co-Founder (m,f)


Your Responsibilities


  • Develop monthly, quarterly and annual budget / target estimates 
  • Direct and manage daily operations to meet revenue and cost projections
  • Determine resource allocation levels to meet budget commitments
  • Analyze workflow and assignments to ensure efficient and cost effective operations; develop/implement process and service improvements as needed
  • Participate with other senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives
  • Support and approve new deal construction and proposals for new opportunities
  • Ensure appropriate use of Performance Management Process and hold employees accountable for delivering results
  • Build customer & client relationships
  • Approach new clients (offline stores, event agencies & restaurants)    


Your Profile


  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics or any other relevant field
  • 3-5 Years+ Work experience in consulting, investment banking and internet startups
  • Strong networking, negotiation and relationship-building skills 
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple, long and complex priorities and workflows
  • Strong hands-on mentality, good all rounder
