Your role in this journey

Our goal is to be here for our customers and make them happy by simplifying the booking process of vacation rentals. You play a critical role with the following tasks:

  • Leading an international growing team
  • Manage, motivate, and develop a high performing team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment
  • Implement and optimize processes to increase customer satisfaction
  • Own the Customer Helpdesk Tool (ZENDESK) and use it for improving efficiency and effectivity
  • Create and use dashboards for analyzing main KPIs
  • Advise our German customers by finding their dream vacation rental via phone & e-mail and other channels
  • Communicate with our partners
  • Transfer customer requirements and potential issues to help us to develop the best customer experience

Your backpack is filled with

  • Profound experience in customer service
  • Experienced in leading an international team
  • Strong communicator who remains friendly and calm in all situations
  • Fluent in German and English, third language is a plus
  • Experience using Zendesk is a plus
  • Excitement about the internet, new technologies and the travel industry
