We, the GesundheitsCloud, are a non-profit organization that wants to have a positive impact on people’s health through the power of ethical, meaningful and secure human data-science. To make our goal a reality and improve personalized healthcare and patient sovereignty, we provide a user-centered infrastructure for integrated healthcare. Funded by the Hasso Plattner Foundation, we are working with some oft he leading thinkers of Global Health. In ordert o identify, develop, and implement various cross-functional use-cases in between technology, big data, and medicine, we are looking for a Tech Recruiter (m/f).

As our new colleague you will

  • Work closely with the engineering teams to find the best talent for a wide range of open positions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with your key internal stakeholders and give trustful recommendations
  • Make informed decisions based on data and tweak wherever necessary
  • Build a strong technical pipeline and engage technical talent by creating a great candidate experience
  • Show hands-on mentality and help out your colleagues when spikes arise in other areas
  • Focus 80% on IT recruitment and 20% on other HR projects

Who we are looking for

  • You describe self-organization as one of your strengths

  • You have a university degree or relevant working experience
  • You are tech savvy and you know how to engage with technical talent
  • You have a track-record of owning end-to- end recruitment processes and you put great value on an outstanding candidate experience
  • You understand talent acquisition is data based and therefore you bring an analytical approach to tackling hiring problems
