Covus Crobo is based in Berlin - with currently 37 employees we offer advertisers the full range of online marketing services for Branding & Performance-based gaming campaigns. We provide amplified consultation on every stage. Object is to win the maximum amount of gamers who are willing to pay for a game and to increase the advertising partners’ sales figures. For that purpose Crobo resorts to its years of experience in online marketing and free2play market and it uses the in-house developed technology Crobo Intelligence. Crobo applies its expertise for international clients in over 1200 campaigns in 167 countries.

  • Manage our recruitment activities throughout Crobo to help us grow rapidly
  • Accompany candidates and colleagues during the whole recruiting process
  • Hire new (international) colleagues for our international entities
  • Provide and execute the best correspondence to our candidates
  • Manage the recruitment processes from the start by developing the best job descriptions for our open positions to negotiations with candidates 
  • Make sure to make an impression on the job market and represent Crobo at its best
  • Find new and creative recruiting channels
  • Willing to develop yourself into a HR Generalist


  • Bachelor's or a Master's degree in economics, HR, psychology or any related studies
  • Approx. 2 years’ experience in recruiting, with emphasis on Online Marketing & Sales positions
  • Sound knowledge of recruiting, sourcing and candidate evaluation
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Great communications skills- fluently in English and German language
  • Able to act as a sparring partner for our hiring managers 
  • Enthusiastic positive attitude, yet disciplined and detailed-oriented
  • Solid problem solving skills and flexibility to support the team and other divisions into finding solutions
  • Passion for online industry, games and freemium products is a plus
