Your role and responsibilities
- You take responsibility for the whole HR and Recruiting sector, your most important areas will be: internal HR management, recruiting new team members and helping to build the company culture.
- You improve the application and selection process with new concepts and organizational tools.
- You generate ideas for improving and optimizing the company and everything regarding the team.
- You help build the company culture with team events, appreciation initiatives and much more.
Who we are looking for
- High intrinsic motivation and the willingness to go the extra mile
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and preferable good knowledge of German
- You have 1 or 2 years of relevant and proven experience in this field.
- Min. 1 year of previous experience in a startup is a must.
- You are proactive, result oriented with a quantitative mindset.
- Very strong analytical and people evaluation skills
- Creativity and problem-solving skills
