EPIC COMPANIES is the new accelerator and incubator of ProSiebenSat.1, based in Berlin. For our young and dynamic team we are looking for motivated , excellent and ambitious interns who are up to new challenges. Your tasks in the area of recruiting will be
- Conceptualization of recruiting strategies
- Design of competency profiles and job descritptions
- Management of job portals and market research
- Application management
- Conceptualization of onboarding processes and retention management

Epic Companies is an innovative online company builder, based in Berlin. Together with our partner ProSiebenSat.1 we aim to identify and realize online business concepts with strong value creation models. We help great entrepreneurs to win and partner with online leaders to conquer new markets. Our target is to start at least five exciting new companies each year.

In our venture development and investment management teams you will be responsible for evaluating new business concepts, monitoring our existing businesses, identifying areas for improvement and implementing change measures.
