We have developed software that allows marketing and sales managers to independently implement complex selections for campaigns quickly, easily and accurately. Tom Tailor, Peek & Cloppenburg and Westfalia Werkzeugtechnik use Gpredictive for reactivation as well as cross and upselling campaigns to increase the conversion rate of direct marketing.


As an International Sales Development Representative (m/f) you are responsible for direct sales in your country: Norway, Sweden, Denmark, England, Netherlands, France, Poland or the Czech Republic. Using your positive attitude and your winning appearance, you are able to impress people with our solution. As part of the sales team you work from the Hamburg office and are responsible for the following tasks:

  • Standalone lead generation and pre-qualification;
  • Making cold calls incl. follow-up process;
  • Set-up and preparation of client meetings;
  • Preparation of presentations, documents and implementation of online demos;
  • Reporting: campaign planning, evaluation and monitoring;
  • Report directly to the Director of Sales;
  • Regular exchange of information and daily collaboration with the sales staff and other company employees and departments.


You are a world champion phone caller. You have fun doing phone calls. Ideally, you have already experience in outbound sales of explanation-requiring software in the B2B sector und possess the following qualifications:

  • You are at native speaker level of English, French, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Polish or Czech and are also fluent in the German language;
  • Completed training or college degree, preferably including a first sales experience (in the software environment)
  • Experience in cold and telephone sales, or at least a talent for sales
  • Experience with using CRM software 
  • Strong commitment and goal-oriented work
  • Persuasion, communication skills and a friendly voice
  • Sales talent, initiative and entrepreneurial thinking
