About the Job
We are looking for a talented and innovative IT Service Manager, who manages the internal IT services team, helps with the growth of our company and supports our dynamic company culture. Moving away from the traditional IT approach, we use solely cloud services and mobile apps instead of servers and desktop software. We put the employee first and technology second. Our product is innovative, our company values are progressive and our internal services teams reflect this.
As a strong IT Manager you will build an IT department that ensures the technology always supports the employee as well as work productivity. Understanding the needs of our employees both local and remote, you will define, manage and roll-out an IT service landscape and its processes to enable efficient collaboration. A key element of this role is to ensure we are compliant with laws and best practice, data security and data privacy. Additionally, you will manage IT vendors and work on customization projects.
These are some of our technologies: Apple products, Google Apps, Slack, Atlassian, Okta, Salesforce, NetSuite and many others.
- 5 or more years experience in professional IT Management with personnel responsibility
- Lean, people- and value-oriented approach to IT
- Strong experience with cloud services
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Versatility, flexibility and enthusiasm to work in a dynamic and quickly growing environment
- Strong English communication skills, German a plus
