As a (Junior) Sales Manager you will be closely working together with the founders to increase sales and further grow our company. You will get a first hand startup experience in one of the biggest social media health food brands in Germany.
- Strategic implementation and management of all offline sales activities in collaborations with founders
- Acquisition and build up of new strategic key accounts
- Developing sales campaigns and ideas to increase revenues in collaboration with marketing department
- Controlling and optimizing of all sales relevant KPIs
- Definition and preparation of all sales relevant materials (Order sheets, presentations, etc.)
- Representing Your Superfoods on national and international trade shows
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- Good business sense and previous sales experience (1-2 years) in lifestyle, food or other organic products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ready to do whatever it takes to get things done
- Pro-active, open-minded and eager to learn
- Fluent in German and English
- You are passionate about superfoods, health and happiness!
