We at Your Superfoods understand that natural organic nutrition is the foundation for health and happiness.

As a (Junior) Sales Manager you will be closely working together with the founders to increase sales and further grow our company. You will get a first hand startup experience in one of the biggest social media health food brands in Germany.


RESPONSIBILITIES
  

  • Strategic implementation and management of all offline sales activities in collaborations with founders
  • Acquisition and build up of new strategic key accounts
  • Developing sales campaigns and ideas to increase revenues in collaboration with marketing department
  • Controlling and optimizing of all sales relevant KPIs
  • Definition and preparation of all sales relevant materials (Order sheets, presentations, etc.)
  • Representing Your Superfoods on national and international trade shows  


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

  • Good business sense and previous sales experience (1-2 years) in lifestyle, food or other organic products.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ready to do whatever it takes to get things done
  • Pro-active, open-minded and eager to learn
  • Fluent in German and English
  • You are passionate about superfoods, health and happiness!
