As a member of our recruitment team you will

  • Develop and manage full-cycle recruiting process for Junior-Mid level positions for your field of expertise (from a detailed job briefing to contract signature)
  • Build up steady pipeline of suitable candidates using all possible channels (including direct search and agency management)
  • Provide short-listed candidates through HR Skype and put an elaborated evaluation in ATS
  • Create an exceptional applicant experience and make sure everyone receives on-time feedback
  • Organiseand visit recruiting and employer branding fairs/networking events
  • Support employer branding concepts and projects
  • Provide screening and hiring interview assistance to all openings of your field of expertise

You

  • 1-2 years experience in recruiting (internship/working student), preferably in a high-growth startup
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or (Organisational) Psychology or similar (focus on Human Resources is a plus)
  • Excellent Business English skills
  • Junior knowledge in sourcing, interviewing and the respective job market
  • International work experience in Recruiting
  • Some experience in applicant tracking systems, social media networking
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and a strong interest in our product and vision
