What will you do?

As Key Account Manager you will have a responsible, varied and independent position in which you strive for the realization of revenue and profit targets. You will be responsible for generating new business within big organizations in Germany and thus achieve your targets. Among others, the booking of the first meeting, visit prospects face to face, the identification of customer needs, as well as negotiating and advising solutions at board level is within your tasks. In addition, you are responsible for the expansion of your account portfolio and the development of new market opportunities for possible new concepts and channels.

Who are we looking for?

You have a master university degree with work experience in sales / commercial. You preferably have worked with complex "solution sales" and "consultative selling." A network and knowledge of the HR market is a plus. You are a proactive 'hunter' who understands that you have to work hard to be successful in sales. You master the German and English language and communicate easily at all levels: from payroll to HR Management and Board level. With a healthy dose of humor and a positive way of looking at things, you will perfectly fit in our team!
