Your Role

  • Building partnerships with external partners

  • Negotiation of contracts with external partners

  • Seek new ideas to further develop the business

  • Revenue increase is the overall KPI of the Sales representative and his main responsibilities

  • Interact with other teams and be a part of the process with positive and helpful reviews

  • Monitor and participate in workflow tracking (JIRA) and documentation (CONFLUENCE) so that these scalable industrialised processes facilitate business growth


Our Requirements

 

  • B.S. or M.S. degree in Business or equivalent relevant work experience

  • Experience in Marketing, Brand Advertising, Media Sales and/or Online Advertising experience

  • Experience in managing strategic client accounts

  • Relationships with top marketing decision makers at large corporations and ad agencies

  • Knowledge of social media and reseller channels is a plus

  • Understanding of user behavior and how technology works and the ability to explain each in ordinary terms

  • Ability to win the support of key stakeholders

  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals

  • Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment

  • Great team player

  • Quick to learn and fast to adapt to changing environments

  • Versatile and eager to tackle new problems with a ‘can-do’ attitude

  • Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills

  • Fluent in German. English language skills are a plus
