Lykon is in the process of developing it’s BGM sales channel in Germany and are looking for the right candidate to help shape, implement and lead the development of this interesting and dynamic sales channel.

Responsibilities 

  • Help create and implement Lykon’s Corporate Health market entry & development strategy
  • Conceptualize and define the sales funnel, whilst identifying and tackling challenges in moving prospects along this sales funnel
  • Build revenue and profit in the BGM sales channel with a hands on approach
  • Work closely with thought leaders in the industry to gain input that shapes product offering
  • Understand the social, technological and legal influences in this industry and use this to shape market offering
  • Work closely with product and marketing team to ensure a good product-market fit
  • Expand Lykon’s visibility and presence in the BGM market
  • Maintain CRM and ensure that the pipeline, forecast, account notes, and other key information is updated and current
  • Setup and manage sales KPI reporting, preparing accurate and detailed forecasts
  • Conceptualize, launch and manage an after sales process for B2B BGM customers to increase customer lifetime value
  • Represent Lykon as brand and product ambassador at industry events and fairs
  • Steer competitor analysis to constantly refine the go-to market strategy
  • Work closely with employers, health insurances, and health service providers to build lasting, mutually beneficial business relationships

Your Profile

  • Bachelors degree or higher related to health, nutrition, science or marketing/business studies
  • Experience in the Corporate Health/ BGM industry or a closely related industry
  • Thorough understanding of the BGM industry in Germany
  • German (native-speaker level) and English language skills
  • A passion for promotion of improved health and health reform
  • Ready to go personal network of BGM thought leaders and industry influencers is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Intuitive, proactive, adaptable, collaborative, leader, driver, creative problem solver, analytical, versatile, and “thrives under pressure” are words that describe you
