COMATCH acts fast, offers excellent consulting and focuses on personal relationships with all business partners. Our aim is to become Europe’s biggest consultant marketplace within the next years. To realize this vision, we need support and are currently looking for:

Manager Business Development Benelux (m/f)

Your responsibilities


• Driving the business development of COMATCH in the Benelux
• Acquisition of new clients via all available B2B sales channels
• Customer care and development of existing customers
• Planning, execution and controlling of projects
• Setup of sales cooperations with strong partners in the area

Your skills


• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in sales or consulting, B2B experience is a plus
• Excellent bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, communication science or
comparable studies
• Excellent communication abilities (written and spoken)
• Excellent language skills in Dutch and English, German is a plus
• High intrinsic motivation (willing to go the extra mile), distinct awareness for work quality and impact
• Strong team player with multi-tasking capabilities
• Willingness to relocate to Berlin
• Willingness to travel to the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg for client meetings
