The innogy Innovation Hub builds innovative, digitally-focused business models for the future. The startup programme offers partnership, coaching and infrastructure you need to grow a start-up to a high-performance, high-growth business. Our Berlin Innovation Hub team is responsible to bring new venture ideas to life and guide the collaboration between innogy, start-ups and the entire Berlin startup ecosystem. To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for an Office Manager (m/f) on a part-time basis (20h/week) for 1 year (with possibility to extend).

Your main tasks and responsibilities will be

1. Office management

  • Organize the office layout, operations and procedures
  • Office supply management (working equipment and materials)
  • Internal purchase and invoice management (incl. budget management)
  • Organize office operations, procedures, definition of processes and documents
  • Onboarding of new colleagues (Keycards, general information, etc.)
  • Liaise with facility management, vendors and cleaning
  • Feel good management

2. Event organization:

  • Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences
  • Organise small and large workshops (scheduling, rooms, catering, etc.)
  • Provide general support to visitors

3. Team assistance:

  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Assist the team in travel planning
  • Support managing all relevant contacts & relations

Required skills:

  • Work experience as an Office Manager, preferably in start-up environment
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Very good organizational, time management and problem solving skills
  • Ability to bootstrap, structuring and work hands-on
  • Very good skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and online tools
  • Experience in event management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both English and German
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
