Publisher Recruitment Manager (m/w)

Role & Responsibilities 

As a publisher recruitment manager, you will be responsible for growing the international market for Red Pineapple Media with a focus on gaming publishers. 

Your tasks will include the following:

  • Identify and find new and relevant leads that offer value to the company
  • Contact new-found leads to start the conversation about a collaboration
  • Convert new-found leads into clients for the company
  • Optimize onboarding of new clients
  • Maintain fruitful relationships with existing clients
  • Optimize deals with existing clients

Your Profile

  • You have a strong personality, and a sense of ownership and responsibility
  • You independently look for original solutions to problems
  • You’re a great communicator, both verbally and written
  • You’re a natural negotiator and feel a sense of achievement when closing deals
  • You can handle several tasks at once without lowering quality
  • Your thought process is guided by rationalism and proof rather than gut feeling or tradition
  • You tolerate difference and have a humble attitude when engaging in discussions
  • You welcome criticism and communicate with regards to the feelings and opinions of others
  • Pineapples are your favorite fruit
