About the Job

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a fundamental role in generating new business opportunities and managing the sales pipeline. You will sell an innovative SaaS solution in the debt collection industry, relevant to a wide variety of industries and credit institutions. Your customers are for example large retailers (on- and offline), payment service providers, debt collection agencies or accounting services. You will also identify other market opportunities which we have not discovered as well as plan and execute sales activities to find qualified targets. You will be utilizing prospects lists, cold calls, email communication, and social media etc. to source new leads, qualify prospects and close sales as well as additionally build/maintain a continuous sales pipeline. You will expose unmet customer needs and incorporate customer feedback to drive excellent overall product experience. Moreover, you will effectively and efficiently track all prospects via our CRM system and help maintain the prospect database.

Who we´re looking for

After earning your degree at a top university, you have gained at least 2 to 4 years of experience in a sales position of a tech sales/startup environment. You have a proven track record of over-achieving your sales quota and you are confident with the complete sales process. You are a self-starter with successful sales development experience at multiple executive levels within an organization. You bring excellent verbal and written communications skills and strong listening and presentation abilities. Independence, flexibility and speed are essential for you. Entrepreneurial drive and the ability to attain goals in a fast paced environment complete your profile. Additionally, you are fluent in German and English and any further languages are appreciated.

We’re looking for an over-achieving sales person, who will bring ambition and the ability to develop sales strategies for prospecting into this fast-paced, start-up environment. As an early member of our sales team, you’ll have a unique chance to have a direct impact on our success!
