Our goal is to connect sellers of the industry with a wide spectrum of professional buyers, ranging from resellers to architects and interior designers. With a constantly growing products portfolio, we aim at bringing curation, innovation and transparency to the professional Home and Living world.

 

About what you'll be working on

  • You are a key member of our commercial team and will be responsible for initiating and managing relationship with potential buyers, with the goal of converting them to purchasing customers and grow their value over time
  • You will manage a large and diverse spectrum of buyers, ranging from online / offline retailers to architects and interior designers
  • You will strive to understand every client's specific needs and find the best match within our products portfolio
  • You will work independently and define your own commercial strategy in order to reach your Sales targets
  • You will generate leads through cold calls, cold emails, industry relationships, and other creative and proactive methods
  • You will build and maintain your own pipeline of potential new clients by identifying/prospecting leads through through cold calls and emails, industry relationships, and other creative and proactive methods to meet revenue targets and company goals
  • You will represent the company both on a daily basis and at events / fairs throughout Europe

 
What you'll bring to the team

  • A proven track record in Sales is mandatory for this role, ideally within the Home and Living or Fashion industry 
  • You have a good professional understanding of Design, Architecture and Interior Design
  • You know and understand design brands, products and styles, and are able to leverage this knowledge to add value to customers
  • You are Tech-savvy with an commercial mindset and motivated by your personal and professional goals. 
  • You enjoy working independently and having the freedom to define your own sales strategy in order to achieve the company targets
  • At the same time you are a team player: you constantly ask for feedback, provide insights and strive to improve yourself and others within your team
  • You can read people's reactions and intentions well and have the ability to adapt to new situations quickly 
  • You have an outgoing personality, are naturally open, talkative, and passionate
  • You are a natural closer with a hunting mindset
  • You are secure and comfortable discussing on the phone and doing calls and in person
  • You have excellent negotiation and communication skills both oral and written
  • You are fluent in German and English. Other languages are a big plus
