About conichi

Our vision is to give hotel guests the personalized experience they truly deserve. Through cutting-edge beacon technology, conichi empowers hoteliers all over the world to recognize their guests hereby granting them personalized and memorable experiences. We provide every hotel with their own hotel app, able to communicate any relevant information to the guests they would like to share as much as mobile check-on and check-out. We are looking for motivated, open-minded, quick-witted and responsible sales individuals. A hospitality background is a must, and you should either be already based in either Frankfurt or Munich or the willingness to move to these two hotspots.

Starting date: April 2016

What we are looking for

  • 3 + years experience in the sales field & hospitality field is a necessity
  • Fluent German & English language skills
  • Ideally owns a car (possess a driving license is a must)
  • Knowledge and an understanding of market and audience
  • Capabilities to work individually for a given market
  • Willingness to work remotely
  • A passionate individual who never gives up
  • Skills in sales analytics and sales tools (Salesforce a big plus)
  • Ability to integrate into an international team of dynamic and motivated individuals 

What you will be doing

  • Full responsibility of own market
  • Direct contact person to hotels in the given market
  • On-the-ground and telephone sales conversations with potential hotel partners
  • Assisting in the on-boarding, account management of conichi Partners
  • Working hand-in-hand and liaising with our Head of Sales & Marketing
  • Providing structured insights into market needs and feedback for our tech team
  • Networking with potential partners
  • Organising and attending events such as fairs and conferences
  • Implementing KPI’s in your evaluation of sales projects
  • Enriching our team with expert knowledge and learning from others
