Our customers are: outsourced and internal call centers doing sales, telemarketing and customer support activities. Due to our superior technology solution & scale, we provide our Clients with a premium product with the customized pricing policy. We have quickly gained a share on the growing market for cloud call center software. LeadDesk solution is used in 20+ countries, by 600+ customers, and it handles 2.500.000 calls every week. Our offices are located in: Helsinki, Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen, Berlin, Warsaw, Barcelona and London.

In order to support the company’s further growth and its pursuit of offering high-quality products, we are looking for a motivated person, who is ready to assume the position of Sales Manager in Germany.


Sales Manager (m/f) for finnish start-up

In your new role you will be responsible for

  • Identifying opportunities from your own established network and by exploring "cold" leads in the target segments
  • Managing own pipeline from identified opportunities to closed deals
  • Building new short-term and long-term relationships quickly
  • Setting example to the rest of the team in terms of energy, drive, positive thinking and basic/advanced salesmanship skills

Your professional profile should include

  • Positive personality with start-up mentality
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and high standards in everything you do
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability and motivation to understand technological concepts
  • Solid communication skills
  • Academic degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc. - field of studies does not matter)
  • Ideally work experience with Call Centers
