We at OPES are enthusiastic to develop & produce solar application modules, to power innovative devices all over the world by solar energy. Our proprietary automation technology is globally leading both for small series and large scale production, and our customers range from Startups to global MNC´s.


We are a Start-up company and for our new office in Berlin we look for a Sales/Business Development Manager (B2B)


Your tasks

  • Manage existing customers
  • Identify and contact new potential customers in Europe & Africa
  • Own the complete sales cycle on the customer side, from contact, design, quotation, prototyping to production launch
  • Work with our engineering & design team in Asia for customer projects
  • Participate in relevant trade shows and conferences to generate sales leads



  • You are hands-on, self-motivated and have a solution orientated workstyle
  • You are comfortable to work in a Start-up-Environment in a small team
  • Engineering/Electronics background and know-how of solar module production is a Plus, but not a Must
  • You are willing to travel
  • Language skills: Mandatory English and German at professional proficiency, optional French/Spanish a Plus


We are looking for somebody who can start ideally March/April 2016
