SatoshiPay is a fast-growing technology company, founded in 2014, building a scalable nanopayments platform running on blockchain technology. Our web widget allows frictionless payments across different websites without any sign-up.

SatoshiPay is right in the middle of the constantly evolving FinTech industry that is reinventing payments, banking, and money. We are looking for a fast learner, who is passionate about solving problems to support our customers on their journey to successful experiences.

What you will be doing

  • Develop a deep understanding of our product and the market (publishing, blockchain and FinTech) in which we operate
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders in our ecosystem (via email and Facebook) to help them achieve the best SatoshiPay experience possible
  • Represent the customer’s point-of-view in the organisation by collecting their feedback and ideas and promote new features to the product
  • Set up and supervise 1st level support
  • Propose and implement improvements to our customer success process

Your skills

  • 2+ years professional experience in an customer-facing role such as customer success management, account management, customer support, or similar
  • Good understanding of customer support processes and ideas
  • Very good writing and explaining skills in German and English
  • High skilled in solving problems, big focus on presenting satisfying solutions
  • Responsible and motivated self-starter with a high work ethic
  • Fast learner, not afraid to ask questions
  • Excellent English (our product is international).
  • Interest in new technologies like blockchain and the payment space in general
  • If you have experience with Zendesk, it’s a plus
